As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers and team members alike. Your responsibilities will include:

• Opening and Closing Till
• Help Train new associates
• Ensure to meet and exceed all sales goals
• providing exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer feels valued and attended to.
• promoting our brand and products, showcasing how unique they are.
• assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions and offering personalized recommendation.
• maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and easy accessible all the time.
• collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• learn the employee training manual provided by Almotti

To excel this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (a plus): Strong communications skills in both languages will enable to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.

- Experience in customer service and sales: Previous experience in a customer-facing role will provide you with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

- Outgoing and friendly personality:Your positive and approachable demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
